Storytellers Project: Free Kick-off Event

The Tallahassee Democrat Storytellers Project started with the idea that oral storytelling and journalism are dedicated to the same goals: Serving and reflecting our community and helping each other feel more connected. The more people feel connected to each other – through meaningful and entertaining personal stories – the more they will feel connected to their city and inspired to contribute to making it a better place. This night will be showcasing our in-house Tellers, but as you'll learn, this series is dedicated to finding local friends and neighbors who have a story to tell, coaching them to become great storytellers and then enjoying their experience through oral storytelling.
